TOPIC: Fix requested in AgnesSolman

AgnesSolman, and AgnesSolman_2 require an extremely lucky deal to be able to win. I have verified that the game was written correctly according to my source. In fact, I had already eased one of the rules to make it a little more playable, but you still need to be extremely lucky or it is not winnable. If the base case is a 7, any 6 that is dealt to a table covering a lower card of that suit makes it unwinnable as the card may never be moved.

I am adjusting the rule to allow the foundation capper card to be moved as a single card to a empty space. This change requires a new rule in the game engine in addition to the cloud based rules definition. The updates rules definition are on the cloud today, which will temporarily lock the game until the next update (5.1.14) is released.
