I cannot remember where this game came from.  Memory is a terrible thing to waste!  The game may have come from another source, or I may have come up with it on my own, based upon another solitaire game that was like this.  The closest source I can find is a game called 'Triple Peak', which I know was written long after my first version of this.  Anyway, move cards from the Pyramid to the Talon when they are one more or one less.  Work from the bottom of the exposed pyramid cards.
