TOPIC: Card Peek when columns squish

When you get too many cards in a column to display normally, the topmost cards "squish" together. When there are even more, you can no longer see what the cards are. In games where multiple cards may move this is an issue. It is supposed to be addressed by a card peek function where when you hover the pointer over the card (you can always see the edge of the card) it peeks out to the left so you can see what card it is and select it.

The peek was adjusted due to a prior request to allow you to determine how many face-down cards are in the pile by peeking those also. When the code was changed, apparently it stopped peeking the face up cards.
