I found this game out on the internet, and felt it deserved some enhancement.  This game is the original version I found. 

A Napoleon varient, it has a special deal that alternates the cards dealt to the tableau face-up and face-down.  This is probably the hardest of the Napoleons to win, but certainly frustrating because you can see those cards you can't quite get to without a bit of luck.
