Streets is a Napoleon variant written from the description in Hoyle.  As in Napoleon Emperor, this variant of the standard allows the red-black-red play found in Klondikes.  As in the standard, but unlike in Emperor, however, here we have ten table piles and all table cards are dealt face up.  This vastly improves the odds of the game.
