Another Napoleon variant we found it in Hoyle. However it has little in common with the Napoleons and plays more like a Playup. 

Play does follow suit and only single cards may be moved.   The foundation base card is randomly dealt from the deck, however be aware that you cannot wrap-around [play King on an Ace] in the Tables, although obviously it will be OK on the foundations.
