This two-deck game is a Solman exclusive extension to Gate, an open-style game with a couple of open stocks. As with most open-style games, planning your moves is key.

Your goal is to organize the cards by suit from Ace through King on the top foundations, and King down to Ace on the lower ones.  On the deal, two stock piles are dealt, face up, creating the posts of the gate on the left and right.  The tables form the rails of the gate. When all cards are played to the foundation, the game is now open and you win.

Table play alternates red-black; Sequences may be moved in whole, but en empty table space may only be filled from a stock/hand/talon pile.

The 12 table piles shown below the foundations in groups of 6; There is nothing special about the upper of lower tables, outside of the extra card dealt to the upper 6.

You only get one time through the hand, but the top card of the hand is always face up to give you a little more opportunity for planning whether to bury the top talon card.

The game should usually be winnable with proper planning. The most difficult issue can be one of those covered cards on the top row of the tables at the deal. Especially if it is covered by a king.
